Hopefully, you know that aside from Substack, I spend my time working one-on-one with clients to help them feel like themselves in their clothes. I also run a group program called Making Space. While we cover the same material as I do in my one-on-one work, the group experience is really quite different. There are very few spaces where women are given permission to actually talk about getting our bodies dressed: the frustrations, the grief, the logistical nightmare of it all, with set boundaries to make sure that there’s no diet talk or talk of numbers. This is that space. It's usually a small group, (I’ll cap it at 15 women), and together, we work to define your style, edit your wardrobe, and learn how to shop, but also to share our experience and see how much of it is shared by others.
