I think layering tees are essential in fall and winter, and the Tee Rex tees are so soft and substantial. This long sweater would be perfect for throwing on over my pajamas for the morning walk to the bus stop, and I’m thinking the parka in this eye popping color might cheer me up when the winter gets really dark².

I love the design of this cape, another item that’s great for in between weather and for throwing on over a simple outfit. I’m interested in this new denim style, and I think a black and white herringbone coat is actually the most versatile color for a winter coat because it goes easily with brown or black accessories.

Every month, I have $400 to spend on gifted items. I’m really deciding between the sweater coat or the parka. I could wait until next month for the parka, but I’m afraid my size might sell out in this color. I have other big sweater layers, so I won’t be as bummed if I miss that one. Then I’ll have $132 left to spend on items to donate to Dress for Success, and I’ll think I’ll use that for this Devi dress. Because of the cut and fabric, it will fit many different body shapes well.
